Dr. Timock

Dr. Adam Timock was born and raised in the suburbs of Kansas City.  It was there he met his wife and high school sweetheart (in sixth grade!) whose passion about dentistry encouraged him to pursue it as his own career.  After completing his undergraduate degree at Lake Forest College in Chicago, he returned to his hometown to begin his dental education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  Graduating at the top of his class in high school, college, and dental school, Dr. Timock was selected to attend Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon.  There he received his Certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Masters of Science for his research on three-dimensional imaging.  Recently, Dr. Timock's work was recognized by the American Association of Orthodontics for the prestigious Thomas M. Graber award, and he had the honor of being a guest lecturer at the 2011 Annual Session in Chicago.

In addition to being a Board Certified Orthodontist, Dr. Timock maintains membership with a variety of national and local organizations including the American Dental Association, the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists, and the Larimer County Dental Society.  His attention to detail and enthusiasm to share his talents has also been recognized by numerous clinical awards and publications in the dental literature.  Most recently, his original research article was published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics—the most highly respected publication in the field of orthodontics.

At home, Dr. Timock has been happily married to his wife, Krystl, since 2008, and was blessed with a beautiful and energetic daughter, Addyson, in 2009. This past May, Dr. Timock and Krystl were further blessed with the birth of their son, Cannon (an updated picture is expected soon!). In his spare time, he enjoys cooking (and eating), playing (and watching) just about any sport, and spending time outdoors with his yellow Labrador Retriever, Mowgli.  After finally settling in Fort Collins, Dr. Timock is looking forward to raising his family in Colorado and building long relationships with the community and his patients.
